this rumour would be more beliveable if we hadn't heard these same sorts of stories and "information" about 50 times before about the release of the MBP

I hope the stuff about the MB is a rumor and will stay a rumor forever. I hate the anodized aluminum on the iPod Classics, and it would make one heck of an ugly laptop.

I think the new MacBook Pros will get the MacBook Air keyboard. It's black and aluminum theme from Apple looks like these days.

Even though I'm in market for MBP, I think the MB information is rather interesting. There have long been speculations that apple will go all aluminum through its portable products, and it seems very likely that an update like that would be worthy the developers conference in the summer.

The date of September seems also very likely, because it is the time when schools/universities usually start and that is an important market for macbook.

One thing that makes me a bit worried is the piece about one of MBs to be almost like a 13 inch MPB. The one thing that would bring the MB closer to MBP is dedicated graphics card, but I just don't see that happening. If there is gonna be a product that would basically be 13 inch MBP and it will be a MBP not a MB.

Intel delayed Penyrn, Apple can't update until Apple have the chips.

Excuses, excuses. In the end, nothing is certain. You can find another reason for the lack of MBPs two weeks from now (Apple has the chips but has to put them in!), two weeks from then (Apple put them in but had to change the heatsinks!) and, yes, two weeks from then. My point is that you'll set yourself up for disappointment if you lend more than a salt shaker's credence to any of these "definitive" rumors.

I miss the G4 days where a dedicated graphics card did not necessarily mean it's a pro machine. 🙁
