what moment? the guy is full of it...he never had an iphone stolen but i guess everyone loves the feel good story..see my prior post about his signature..iPhone 4G (2006, stolen 2009)...apparently his iPhone 4G from 2006 was stolen...a phone that does not exist.

But then again on reading what he has written as the standard naming convention, he also has a 30th generation ipod...

I am thinking it might actually be a 4gb iphone, though admittedly still apparently bought a year before they were put on sale.
 
I forgot my super sexy iPod in the gym locker room and someone snatched it up quick style! I miss it soo.... had like 3k songs on their.

Will your Gym revoke the guys membership? I mean now that he's been busted, how can they trust him?

I corrected it. It's a first generation 4G iphone.

I am not jokking about it, this is a true story.

This story was entertaining and everything but sounds like a bunch of BS to me.
Alot of things dont add up but whatever...
 
Obviously the OP means GB when he says G. Why else would he have a 30G iPod?

Congratulations! Glad to hear its back.
 
So, I went to police station this morning and have my iphone back.

The police officer took a photo of my iphone with me, they said they need it to keep as a record. I really appreciated it. I also asked about the guy who stole my iphone. They said that someone found my iphone and returned it. So, there is no"theft". I have no idea why they explained it in this way. The moral of the story, someone stole my iphone and he would not be punished if he returned it to police. However, my iphone is back.

But unfortunately, my iphone cannot be turned on. It just stays on the pineapple screen. I think i need to use PwnageTool to reboot it. .

If you have Applecare, I wonder if you could still exchange it. You can say the thief tried to jailbreak it when it was out of you hands. You can show them the police report.

As for this guy, he still needs his ass beaten. Him and his family (for covering his ass and not doing the right thing) got off way too easy. Go put your ninja suit on tonight and slash all their tires. These can "find" their flat tires in the morning, just like they "found" your iPhone.
 
FINALLY, I rebooted my iPhone. It's back to use! I missed the smile of my iphone.

The guy who stole my iphone took off the Crystal Film on it. I don't know what else he have done to my iphone, it seems like he crashed the system and did not know to recover it.

this was a great thread! something you can base a movie off of. based on the real events of the thread "Bad News, Someone Stole my iPhone: Good News: I know who did it!"
