There are two on the 2013 iMac.Apparently, his iMac only has Thunderbolt 1 ports. I know people have come up with ways to use eGPU's with this, but it doesn't seem worth it

EDIT:NVM..... I misread the post. I thought you said there was only 1 TB port on the 2013.
Unfortunately the OP has a 2013 iMac and he only has two Thunderbolt 1 ports on his iMac.

At those speeds, probably not, no. Too much of a bottleneck.
