I agree. It's the laundry room. Best I could do without running ethernet cable through walls/attic. Vast improvement, though, in connectivity and signal strength from its previous lower, more blocked position.
 
FWIW, I just verified that a ~60' Cat 5e cable that was installed in 2000 supports 2.5G Ethernet. My motivation for using Cat 5e back then was for future support of 1G Ethernet, which was completely adequate until about a year ago when the fiber connection speed was upped to 2Gbps. Nice to see that the Cat 5e was even more future proofed than expected.

Going beyond Cat 5e would mainly be useful if one was expecting to upgrade to 5G or 10G Ethernet.
