IPhone 8 delivered and currently charging to full power
I'm shattered after drive to couriers after work
As someone else mentioned the home button is very different from other iPhones-feels as though the back panel is being pressed.

SE deinstalled etc ready for recycle-thats a quality smaller device -reliable.
Skyq t.v viewing is sharp via 8-almost watch when 8 is flat for charging-nice viewing angles-impressive.
Nice to type on a slightly larger keyboard again -very fast.
No more I device upgrades for a few years-then I'll consider if and how technology has improved for my needs.
Didn't realise 1st step of SE de install was to unpair Apple Watch!-then SE info removal
Fun as I only had one sim and some swapping to do between Se_8
(No new sim yet as I only ordered 8 last night)
Can't beleive how fast Apple products have become-might get to the point where their too fast for me in later years.

I Agree with the screen protector if somebody wants added protection or is very particular about scratches on displays. If an iPhone is defective, Apple does have a program where you can donate your phone for recycling I believe.

Recycle-i.e. trade in SE-receive one off payment £130 u,k, pounds to offset cost of 8
Forgot about screen protector which I have purchased and used via Apple Watch se1+iPad Pro 10.5
8 is a large handheld device-I might try a screen protector in a few weeks though with my illness it's not going to be simple to attach exactly.
Next tech is Anker QI-maybe tonight or tomorrow to order, need to check delivery dates.
Think I'll go 11.3 pb 6 tonight now that I'm home

Anker QI PowerWave since arrived.
Nice smart device.
Do not attempt to connect base unit usb to iPhone 8 as I did.
Since wirelessly charging rapidly though only from high 60's to top up.
