So, who's thinking about using this tool to jump in their car and track down the UPS guy?
You don't need a promo code or pro or anything like that. I have a free account and it's letting me do it. It's beta and only open to certain people, so if you don't see it just forget about it -- it's not available to you. You'll have the phone soon enough anyway, don't drive yourself crazy.
Either way, if they're scheduled for delivery today, you'll have them today. If you can't do live tracking then you can't do it. Simple as that. There's nothing else to say.

Even if you can see it, it doesn't tell you at all when you're going to get it. I'm just watching the truck circle around my house to local businesses. It looks like it might be coming one minute, than the next it's going down the street away from me. There's no scheduled or expected delivery time or anything like that. It's really not a help at all in telling you when to expect the delivery.
Only thing you can do is tell her that IF IT'S SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY TODAY IT WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY. End of story.

Well - it was cool at first and then it just gets frustrating watching the truck get further away! At least I know it’s far enough away I have time to take a shower and not miss the doorbell!
I actually walked up the block to my UPS driver on the map and asked if I could saved him a stop. Showed him my ID and got my phone.
It’s working great! The truck is getting closer again! I am using the link from my email.
Been watching it for the last two hours. The truck is so close! It's hitting all the neighborhoods around mine. But hasn't moved to the "In Your Area" stage yet.
That saved me today! Took the day off, wife wanted to go to Starbucks. I was worried it would be delivered while we're out, but I went anyway. After that she wanted to run some errands. She assured me it wouldn't be delivered until late in the day. Just then I saw this live tracker in my email, and saw the driver was in our neighborhood! We immediately headed home and he arrived 5 min later. If I had run errands, I would have missed him. Probably couldn't pick it up on the weekend, and I'm out of town all next week.
Woah - Right before it was delivered, it showed a street view down my street - like google maps! Then there was the driver - at my door!
