UPS lost my Link Bracelet.

My husband's link bracelet has yet to deliver to us.

UPS was here today already and our regular guy kept looking in his truck (he went back twice, he's a really nice guy) and he was so irritated that it wasn't in there because he saw that I had a delivery and he was already at my door with my other package. He said it was possible that it was put on another truck because of the overflow for Mother's Day deliveries.

Anyway... UPS says it is still on the truck and the truck is still out making deliveries even though it's after 9pm here.

Something about Mother's Day and them being overwhelmed with packages. Does nobody see their mom anymore in person? LOL.

Anyway... for all I know, mine got stolen. I swear, who knows?

My husband is very relaxed about it. We'll get it eventually. We did order Chinese delivery just in case it does show up so we won't miss the truck.

We ordered it late, so now I'm starving. :D

I swear, if some jerk from UPS stole my merchandise to sell on Craigslist or some such crap, I'm gonna be pissed.

My tracking has since updated to "Clearance in Progress," and I called UPS earlier, and they said that it would probably still be delivered Monday. Our bands were probably in the same shipment.

I received mine today. When the UPS truck arrived, the driver milled around in there for quite a while before giving up and leaving. They came back about 5 hours later. The package is slim and kind of heavy, so, it may be getting lost in the trucks or during sorting.

I love the band, btw. I was enjoying the white sport band more than I expected, but, this band makes it feel like a real watch to me. I guess I've always been fond of link bracelets and this one is amazing. Photos fail it utterly.

Yeah, mine shows the same. I'm glad it still looks good for Monday.

That's just what I wanted to hear! I too love the white sport band more than I ever expected. I just hope I can get the same fit as my sport band; I like my watch to stay in one spot.

I'm glad you got yours. :)

They don't have a clue where mine is. I'm gonna call when they open tomorrow. I already have a case open with Apple.

It is a gorgeous band in person. We tried it on at the Apple Store the weekend preorders started.

The tracking shows it as UPS still has it. Apple is currently sending me a replacement since it doesn't show I have my bracelet. I didn't sign anything to receive it.

I guess when they send me the free replacement I'll have to call and explain my situation to Apple. *Maybe* they'll let me keep it. :p

Louisville is UPS' primary World Hub. Ontario is their main western hub. I know as I live down the street from Ontario. Apple's distro centers in SoCal are Rialto and Mira Loma that I know of, I think they might have one in Orange County but don't quote me on that.

FWIW, I have had UPS 'loose' packages for them to all of a sudden show up on my door step one day. For instance, I ordered the Leopard restore disks for my Mac Pro so I could have an official copy of them. I ordered them in late August and Apple had sent them overnight shipping (as they normally do). I didn't get them until 9/19 when they all of a sudden found it. I remember, because that package was the reason I got my 6 Plus first thing in the morning. Damaged packages is another. I sent a G5 double boxed and packaged by the UPS store arrive with bent feet. I did get my insurance money back though.

I have slowly but surely been rebuilding a good rep with UPS so I won't rip them a new one on here, but I will say that FedEx has never given me these kinds of problems.
