I just did an express replacement and when I gave him my old iPhone, he literally chucked my iPhone in the bag and sealed it. No protection what so ever. How the hell do the iPhones make it back in one piece?

I had no say in it. I had to give my old phone to the UPS guy and he gave me the new one.
Well he didn't. But it doesn't matter. Just got an email from Apple saying they had received the item in acceptable condition and are releasing the funds.
