I just did an express replacement and when I gave him my old iPhone, he literally chucked my iPhone in the bag and sealed it. No protection what so ever. How the hell do the iPhones make it back in one piece?
 
I have to say after the sensationalist headline I was expecting pics of said maltreated iPhone.

Weren't you supposed to put your return phone in the white box and then in the cardboard box with the foam in it?
