so to add to the confusing info sent out by UPS, our iPhones finally made it to the customer center in Maryland today to be held for pickup, as we requested. Our tracking info says we have 5 days to pick them up. The kicker is that UPS also sent us each an email saying that if we don't pick up the phones by Monday 9/26 they will be sent back to the shipper. Obviously the software generating the email is not doing it correctly. But I still had to call UPS and complain and ask that the customer center verify that they won't send the phones back. After all this, I would hate to have to wait again to get them!
