[US only] Do you have a dash cam in your car?

I kind of want a perimeter cam to record all the times some jerk dents my car in a parking lot and takes off. Do those exist? Or do I have to resort to parking in the far end of the lot to keep my car from looking like a golf ball?

i just put one in my truck last week. just for he said she said stuff i might encounter, just a safe guard really.

problem with that. you are parked and the engine is not running and will wear your car battery out. this would only work having a LiPro battery attached to the cam, and then it be charged when driving.
