Business customer here - still only charged, no movement on the T-Mobile account side other than all my leases being "completed." (jump on demand)

On the order screen, no. Still says "pre-order" and when I try to track it from there, nothing happens.
However like I have already said, both phones I ordered have the IMEI assigned to them if you look at this page:

To be honest I'm not even sure where you are seeing this "approved" status...

I peaked at the Verizon thread. As of this morning FedEx has picked up some phones and are transporting them with 9/20 delivery dates. Forum members that have UPS tracking should see some movement today.

No. The only way to get the tracking number from T-Mobile, without getting it directly from them, is through UPS My Choice.

Sounds like you and I are on exactly the same page. And my EIP shows active-shipped as the status too.

Select eip if that’s how you did it. Or Jump on demand if that’s how you upgraded.

Still no tracking - iPhone 11 Pro Max 64 GB, Midnight Green. I order right away when it was open before 8am ET credit payment is not pending, nothing on ups my choice. I talked to T-Force and got this back -----> Great question, Luis. I’m happy to confirm that your phone is getting ready to ship. Guess I’ll join in on the no tracking train too. Charged card on Sunday, ups shipment shows up with no date available. Like everyone else. Hoping late tonight early tomorrow we see tracking.
