iPhone 15 Pro Max USB splitter for CarPlay with 15PM and 13PM

Anyone had any success finding an adapter that works for connecting a USB-A to USB-C cable and a USB-A to lightning cable for CarPlay?

I want to be able to run CarPlay from either cable with a 15 PM and a 13 PM connected separately without having to disconnect / connect respective cables from the CarPlay port.

Any potential solutions I’ve saw on Amazon show they don’t support Audio etc which obviously won’t work. I don’t want to spend $30 on apples USB-C to lightning dongle.

Apple's adapter is your best option. Any USB hub that can do what you want will cost at least that much and will more than likely cause issues.
