Enabling Visual Voicemail editing on T-Mobile Germany

I have an unlocked and jailbroken iPhone 3GS (3.1.3) from T-Mobile Germany (5.0). I am able to edit APN and MMS settings via the "Cellular Data Network" tab but not able to access the Visual Voicemail settings.

Does anyone know how I can gain access to these settings or tell me which params in the carrier.plist file can be edited for customization ?

If you take the carrier.plist file and change it to carrier.zip and then extract it, you can change the files. When finished, zip it AGAIN and change the extension to .plist.

Least that's what I can remember... rogers got smarter and let me tether without additional fee's so im tethering without any hacks.
