Hi!
I thought this would be the right forum to post this in so here goes: probably 2 years ago I got a Logitech Attack 3 joystick at a garage sale for free. It has pretty much been sitting in my closet since than. I would really like to make use of it since I have no games for my Mac, I would like to be able to use it as a mouse. Is this possible?
Thanks!

Is it USB? or do you have one of those USB adapters that come with Windows peripherals? The easiest thing to do is plug it in and see. You could also try downloading the Logitech Control Center and see what that does. You might be able to program the fire key as left click and one of the hat switches as right click. 😉

I've already downloaded that before and it did not work and I tried to do it again just now but it said that since I have Snow Leopard it will not work.

ControllerMate.

Bleh, not sure how it posted as I hadn't hit save....

Anyways, the above program will allow you to set your joystick as a mouse.

I prefer something that is free, I was just doing some research on Google about the subject and it looks like that is the only thing available for Mac.

Free is always good, but having used this app for years, it's worth its asking price.

Why do you want to use your joystick as a mouse? 🙂
