I am a bit confused on how to use a T-Mobile SIM card in a Verizon iPad Air. As I understand all you have to do is get an unactivated T-Mobile nano SIM card, replace the Verizon card with it and you can get 200mb of free data per month. I checked on ebay and all of the unactivated T-Mobile SIM cards are cut by the sellers, they are not factory cut. I called several T-Mobile locations today and none would sell me an unactivated SIM card.My local store did tell me that they could sell me a SIM card activated with 500mb of data for one day, and that I could then change to the 200mb of free data per month. They said all they would need is my iPads's IMEI code. Does this sound right to you? I would really prefer an unactivated card but I don't trust the ones that are "cut" will be problem free.
