And I'm really disappointed that there is no option for custom colors yet. I guess I could always just get the plain black...but that's kind of boring. I bought a relatively ($35) cheap casemate case when i got my phone since I was going to the beach and wanted to protect the phone from being damaged, but i really don't like the case. It's ugly. I've always had vaja cases for my phones, but this time, I'm just not sure what I want. Decisions, decisions...

Vaja likes to get their basic cases out first and then will start custom colors, nothing new.

In case they don't come out with better products, does anyone have any recommendations for alternative Vaja-type leather cases? I hope Vaja comes out with more cases/colors, but the current set is disappointing.

I'm going to wait on them. At the very least I want custom choices, and I'd rather have a Top LP (well really a SP, but they don't make that any more).

My last 2 iphones have had Vaja cases, but I don't want to wait forever either. Bought a cheapy temp case off of Amazon for now.

I just noticed that Vaja's current cases have magnetic clasps. While magnets are fine for an iPad, they have no business being on an iPhone case, as the iPhone is often near credit cards (in a wallet). The last thing I need is for my credit cards to get erased by a magnet.

I really hope Vaja comes out with cases without magnets.

I just ordered the Vaja Grip. I have been very pleased with the grip for my 3G, 3GS, 4 and 4S.

I usually order them from cases.com and use a 15-20% off promo code, however they are not up on cases.com yet and I am a bit impatient. Thatbeingsaid, the price with shipping was $106

Just got delivery of my Vaja iPhone 5 ivolution TOP violet/Lime Green color case.

It's just amazing.

Have used vaja cases for my iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and new iPad. I just love the quality and craftsmanship of vaja. No case even comes close to it.

I've always liked the quality of vaja cases.

However, there's absolutely no way I'm going to put a flip case with magnets next to my credit cards. Until they come out with a flip case without magnets, I'm not getting one.

Hmmm....well it does not make a diff to me as I put my CCs in wallet and that goes in back pocket......where as phone is in front pocket ..... So I'm ok :)

I have the Leger Leather Pouch by them in black with red interior and elastic strap. It matches my black with leather interior leather iPad sleeve also from them. I've also had a black and red leather pouch from them for my iPhone 4S. They are very good quality and long lasting.

Anyone used the agenda on these phones before? They work ok? I'm kinda cheezed that they don't have a SP/LP option for the top, that's what I've had on my last 2 phones. So if I want to order now, it's either one outside color on a top or 2 colors on an agenda. I have this fear the agenda flap is going to annoy me while holding it.

I've used the TwelveSouth BookBook case earlier for my iPhone 4 and was very uncomfortable using it.

Thats the reason I didnt order the Agenda case and went in for ivolution top model.

Being said that, in past also i've always used ivolution top series only for my 3GS and 4

Yeaahhh...sigh. Guess I'll wait a little longer, in case they put out a top with a little flare, otherwise I might have to break down and get a boring top.

Could you provide a link to any information showing that magnets in cases are actually a problem and not just an unfounded scare story.

Mythbusters suggest it is just a myth!

I already received this morning the shipping information about my Vaja Case (ordered it last saturday).

It is shipping with Fed-Ex.
But now i'm seeing that the package was picked up at Norcross GA ???
I don't find anything about Vaja cases in Norcross GA, i thought there were in South America (Argentine) ?

I'm thinking that it is an order to a costumer who isn't very happy with his case and sending it back, they picked it up at Norcross and sending it to me.

Is this possible ?

Seems unlikely they would do that. By the way, is the Vaja you ordered the default colors on the website? Or did you customized it?

The same happened to me also. Although Vaja is based in Argentina, this time the cases are being shipped from GA. I got mine in a week's time from GA to India.

Mythbusters is an entertainment show -- true science is sometimes on the sidelines (e.g., they'll make simplistic assumptions or not mention some important cases, for whatever reason). "Erasing" a card is a function of magnetic field strength and exposure time. Credit cards can often survive brief exposures to magnets, but prolonged exposure will degrade the data until it's unreadable. Apparently, a few minutes exposure to a refrigerator-style magnet can erase credit cards:Keep in mind that "exposure" means that your typical household magnet needs to be pretty close to the mag strip -- as in "millimeters" or touching. The refrigerator magnet is probably harmless if it's a couple of inches or more away.
