Vaja iPhone 4 Cases Coming Soon

It looks like they have the sleeve but now also have the iVolution Top up as well. The only exterior color is black though. No stripes like on the other cases, but it indicates more are still coming. I will be waiting to be able to customize the exterior color and am waiting patiently for my Agenda 2 iPad case in the meantime. Cost is $80 for the phone case.
 
Yes! Ordered mine in Black/RubyRed. Shame is I now have to wait until mid August, but I have used Vaja cases for each of my iPhones and they have always been top quality.
 
So I take it the camera corner is cutout like on the 3g top cases, as in the upper right hand back corner???? For those of you that own 3g Vaja cases do you find the protection in that area lacking with the lid closed?? THX
 
Do you think I should buy the Ivolution Top for Iphone 4? Is that the best case? Or do you think there are better versions coming out?
 
Does the new vaja ivolution black and red for iphone 4 come with a belt clip? I can't seem to customize where I can select a belt clip.
 
It's not the new "black and red". Now you get the same black leather and you can choose the other color. There is no belt clip option, though I'm sure Vaja will offer cases with a belt clip option soon.

I'm going to wait to see what else Vaja comes out with. I like the new ivolution top, but I'd just like to see what else they make available in the next two weeks. The floater leather used on the ivolution top case is very nice. It's great for a case because since it's already so grainy scratches become part of the style and blend in. If you like the ivolution top case, get it now. Look through the iPhone 3G/3GS cases to get an idea of what else will be available to order soon.
 
Did they offer a belt for the old ivolution black and red cases? Do you think they will release a belt-clip option for the one currently listed on their site? I really like it, but am interested in a belt clip option. Thanks!

I never had a problem with the design or any concern about the protection it provided. My 3GS, which was always in its vaja case, looks like it is new even though it's fully a year old.
 
I'm pretty sure that they did offer a belt clip option on the old black and red case, but this is a different case that uses the same leather. You could try emailing Vaja to find out what they say.
 
Vaja makes excellent cases and they do a great job of protecting the iPhone. I've never had any issues with my screen getting broken or anything on my 3G. I've had that thing and the Vaja black and red on it for 2 years. They're both in pretty decent shape still. The still looks pretty sharp but if you look closely you can see scuffs on it and on the inside the leather is starting to come apart a bit. But I use this thing everyday and toss it my backpack and pockets all day long.

The open corner is great for us new iPhone 4 owners because we shouldn't have flash issues. But be warned that it won't do the best job of protecting that corner. Odds are pretty good it will do the job though. I've never had any issues with mine. Something to consider is I do have more hairline scratches in that area since it is exposed. Beyond that it isn't too bad. I'm pleased enough that I'm shelling out another $100 for one and waiting a month and a half! lol


So you guys got your confirmation emails? That sucks. I emailed Vaja but haven't heard anything. I'm half tempted to order that sucker again. Bleh. I need a case ASAP! I'm tired of carrying my phone around in my Oakley glasses pouch. lol
 
I would like the next case Vaja releases to be the ivolution top with a smooth leather stripe and the floater leather on the rest of the outside. Too bad they didn't start with a case like that.
 
I originally got a case with a stripe and I was not a fan. It's a paper thin strip of leather that is glued on. It looked cheap to me and it didn't help that mine had some bubbling and it was crooked. So I had them send me a black and red to replace the striped one. Just my experience. YMMV
 
Does anyone prefer Vaja cases with a belt option? I really want to get the black and red ivolution top, but am not sure if I should get a belt option. What do you think? Is it worth the wait, or does it detract from the style?

Do most order vaja cases with belt options?
 
I like carrying around my iPhone in my pocket, so I don't go with a belt clip option.

I'm awaiting the Ivolution Grip for this iPhone owner. I had one for iPhone 1 and my 3Gs. Perfect case for front pocket use with Power Support screen protector.
 
I don't use the belt clip options either. Just slide it in my pocket but I prefer the case that completely covers it. I don't know how many times I've dropped it just pulling it out of my pocket at strange angles in the car and such.

Well, it's been over 24 hours and I've yet to receive an email from Vaja confirming my order and they haven't replied to my message yet either from yesterday. Not sure if I should just place a new order or give it a few more days. Probably should just wait it out. Not charge on my card yet either.

EDIT: I ordered on of the SGP Argos cases as well to see which I like better. That order is approved and will definitely ship before the Vaja.
 
Did anybody find a working coupon code? Vaja is one of the most expensive brands you can get an iPhone case from, so it's a little hard to pull the trigger and pay over $100 for an iPhone case. SPOILME expired a few weeks ago and MACSTORIES expired three days ago.
 
I'm re-thinking buying a Vaja case. The signal issues that the iPhone 4 has are real and I doubt a software update will fix them. I take my iPhone 4 out of the flap-style case if I want to use it and I like the flap-style compared to a sleeve because I can quickly check my iPhone 4 by just opening a flap if I want to. I would need antother case to hold me over for the two months it takes to receive a Vaja case and I'm afraid that I'll really like the convenience of the Case-Mate Barely There case so by the time my Vaja case comes I won't want to use it as much.
