on the VZW email:

does it say that on the email you got? Because I did exactly what you did. It said $150 on the site, and then $190 in my email.
YES, on the email. It's a $40 difference, did you happen to have another phone on there? Is it somehow setup for 3 smart phones?

could it be t that they are stating it may include charges for an "invisible" meaning your paying a one time fee extra, and then the next month it will go back to 150$ ?

I switched from ATT to verizon. When I paid for my preorder last night, it said monthly charges $120, now on my confirmation email it has a $20 line access charge. So its $140.
I called verizon and they said they can not help me until i get the phone..
I asked her does anyone know what a monthly line access charge is, she said she did, so i asked her to explain it to me, "i cant do that until you are activated and in the system" haha

Typical rude Verizon rep. They think they're doing you a favor if you're a customer on the "network"
My email states the same as the website 150 (porting 2 phones).

It's a head-scratcher for sure. And something I was worried about when switching as ATT has been good for me (but doesn't work in an area we frequent)

I've read in other threads that online preorders aren't visible yet to CS or something like that. Who knows... I'm wondering if anyone with Family Share already has these charges on their bill(s).
I just came over to Verizon from AT&T and purchased three phones yesterday, two iPhone 5s and one iPhone 4. I too was charged that previously undisclosed $20 fee on the two iPhone5 lines when I received my confirmation. I was not, however, charged that $20 monthly access charge on the iPhone 4 line.
Not too worried, as others have suggested am sure it will be sorted out. I'm not doing anything with the order until I see the phone ship...don't want any Verizon rep. screwing around and potentially hosing up the order.
I also plan to ask why they were selling the iPhone 4 for $99 when it was free via Apple and $.99 via AT&T. I should have just done another iPhone 5 for the extra $100 but it was 1am MT and I wasn't thinking too straight.
