Ordered a 7+ JB 128 on Verizon at 3:15am. It was supposed to ship 9/23. Got tired of waiting and just walked out of an apple store with a 7+ MB 128. The MB looks a lot nicer in person than the JB btw!

Is that your way of convincing your self to have no regrets to getting the MB instead of waiting for the JB ? i seen them both in stores to. Yes the MB does look nice then i though it would but i still think the JB is better. But this is going to be different with everyone due to their taste.

I contacted Verizon to see if I could get any info at all and asked some stupid/random questions about my account/preorder and this is all I was able to get. It could mean absolutely nothing but...

I just called Verizon, waited 20 minutes for a rep. She told me that the 7+ won't even ship to stores until 10/12. I mentioned this thread, told her how I read some people pre-ordered their 7+ on 9/9. She said you couldn't even pre-order until launch day on 9/16. She then basically said that if I saw this online that people were not telling the truth.

I mentioned how a Verizon rep at my local store told me 2 days prior to launch that all I had to do was come in early on launch day and he assured me, I'd have my 7+.

So I arrived 2 hours early, was second in line (later first because a guy ahead of me left). At 7:45 a Verizon rep comes out, tells us no 7+ phones and that we could preorder today.

So I ordered a 7+ in the matte black, 128 gig. Ship date...10/26.

People who waited at Best Buy & Apple were supposedly given $100 gift cards.

So...I'm assuming she was way off. It sounds like the majority of people in this thread have September deliver dates.

Any thoughts?

1. She had no idea what she was talking about
2. Never trust Verizon reps because they know nothing

I have a Sept. 28 date for a Jet Black 7 Plus 256 GB. Who knows if it will actually come by that date. I ordered shortly after orders went live on the Verizon website on 9/9.

Hopefully, the rep means the stores won’t get stock of the Plus until 10/12 because they are still fulfilling preorders, but I don’t believe reps really know anything. Everyone who contacts CS seems to get a different answer.
 
I ordered a JB 256gb Plus with a delivery date of 9/28. Like a lot of you, it changed to a ship by date of 9/28. Now all mentions of dates have been removed and it just says processing. Hopefully, it's about to ship, but I'm worried they're about to push my date back farther.

They removed my date everywhere (probably to reduce call volume to be honest) but the *611 still has it.

Removal of the date would make me want to call in more frequently!

Mine is still showing an expected ship date of 9/28 on the website, which was a delivery by date of 9/28 when I placed the order and what shows in my e-mail confirmation.
 
Has anyone had success with a "jump the line" request? I had a CSR offer to put in a request since my JB+ 256 order was cancelled, but I'm not very optimistic.
 
I have a question? I received my tracking number this morning and it's 2 business days. I'm wondering if today is considered 1 or will I most likely get it tomorrow. Thanks

I wanted to follow up on my order for any help it might be. I ordered mine on 9/9 at 3:15am EST when it finally let me go in to order. I bought the Matte Black iPhone 7 Plus 256gb and was given a ship by date of 9/23.

On 9/15 late at night my credit card was charged. The next morning I got a UPS tracking number, but nothing showed on it until 9/16 Friday night when it showed the expected delivery of Monday. I placed a request to pick up at the UPS location. Monday morning, 9am I stopped by UPS before work and all was right with the world. 1st launch day ever that I did not have an iPhone. Very happy with this phone though, was worth the wait.

Well good luck all I was able to find a 7+ rose gold at my local Apple Store and Verizon said I can still do 650.00 trade in promo. Use the istocknow website it was helpful for me.

LESSON LEARNED: Never order more than ONE phone per order.

*Tracking info never had a delivery date, which I have never seen in all my UPS dealings. I had to open a chat to have them investigate, because I had 4 other non-related UPS shipments scanned as "On Vehicle for Delivery" today, but the phones only said "Destination Scan" at my local hub.
