No offense taken. We no clue how many they have and my date could always change. If I see others who placed their order after me getting push to the front of the line. I'll be looking for a new carrier

I ordered (3) 7+ models on that night. This one was the last one original e-mail had shown 9/16 but Verizon status was showing 9/28, I just got a CC charge, and the status has changed on that one.

Got my 20 bucks back for upgrade fee and additionally made a hint that there was still hope for the two plus 7's that I ordered will be in my hands on the 16th the way he spoke made me feel as though they just got some new news from Apple... Fingers crossed!

I think they are only shipping pr charging CC s for 128 GB 7+ models. Mine got charged for 128 GB 7+ RG but still nothing for RG 256GB and MB 256GB

Yes they stated that the upgrade fee if ordered online would be waived they verified my orders and said that both fees would be refunded.

Original email showed 9/16 delivery but when i clicked to check status it said 9/28 shipping date
