Are you using the PreOrder number (long) or the order number (short)? This should work with only the long PreOrder number from the confirmation email.

To give some people hope:
Last year I pre-ordered the iPhone 6s Plus 128GB Space Gray at around 3:45am (Est). I was given a delivery date of one week after the launch day. On the Wednesday before launch (9/23) at 8:00am (Est), I received notice that my phone shipped and would be delivered on launch day.
So, hopefully we'll all start getting some e-mails tomorrow!

I hope so. I'm just pissed because folks who placed orders hours after me are now getting tracking info
Exact same thing happened to me. I remember every year they ship in batches by size and color almost like they are opening the boxes from Apple that way. Then they ship by time ordered, you an literally follow the orders by the minute as people report them on here.
I'd bet we see the other plus colors tonight or tomorrow.
I'm I'm PA. I ordered at 0320 local time. 128 gig rose gold. And I got a text from my bank and an email from Verizon.
Well, the Verizon supervisor DID say that tomorrow I would see the charges and tracking info for the black 7+ 128gb. Maybe since the RG is moving....we'll see if it holds true. It might be the first accurate statement Verizon has made thus far LOL
Since I ordered mine through the verizon store and being shipped to the store for pick up, I ordered the 7+ Black 128 GB and a 7 + Rose gold 128 GB. The black model showed me 9/23 but my wife's rose gold stated for 9/16 so hopefully we'll get it this friday.
Why couldn't they have opened the Black container first! GD it!
Feeling really really hopeful that my 7+ black 256gb updates tomorrow. Literally this 5c I'm using is killing me! I started off with a 6s with att then upgraded to the note 7 with the galaxy gear. I sold the 6s because I loved the note. After some ******** with att I said **** em and we decided to take our 6 lines to Verizon. Thank god for the Samsung explode issue because I was able to return my note 7 and galaxy smart watch with not etf or restocking fee. Ported to vzw no cost! Yay but I've been stuck with my sister in laws pink 5c for over a week now and I can say I am beyond excited to get my 7+!
