11:29PM PST through the app. Well thats what time the email came in...half an hour before preorders were open
OK so the app on my phone (android) won't let me upload a screen shot, when I try to choose a file the button does nothing. But my updated status shows my phone is at the warehouse awaiting shipment and expected ship date is 9/13 with delivery on 9/16.
Alright damn, I'm still about 45 minutes later than that...hopefully the normal preorders are coming soon

(nearly **** myself while typing this, got a notification from Bank of America! But it was just saying I was logged out due to inactivity.
God I hope not matte black had the furthest away ship date when i preordered and jet black had the earliest smh and my order went in at 2:24 am CST
That's what it seems but I think it's very unfair. Maybe I don't understand Supply Chain but finding out someone who placed their order hours after I did and already have a tracking number doesn't make sense.
I don't get why orders aren't processed in the order they are received.

I hope not either! My jet black order went in at 2:17 am CST so I'm in the same boat.
It was weird. Checkout, Email and My orders status said 9/16. But when I clicked on "check your order status" from the email it said 9/23. I just clicked on the "check your order status" again from the email and it has changed to 9/16. However, under my orders, there is no longer a date, which made me check If I got charged for it.
like another person mentioned...they're probably going box by box, shipment by shipment which would be a little easier
my card just got charged. checked my status update. it went from 9/28 ship date to 9/16 expected ship date tonight for my 7+ 164gb rose gold
I understand it's easier but it's not very customer friendly. If this is the case it doesn't even make sense to do pre orders if it's pick and choose based on ease. Because that means a pre order queue doesn't even matter.
What happens if the card used to preorder expires and you get a new card number? I haven't been charged yet...and I'm hoping that when they go to charge I will have the option to give the new card number that I just got in the mail. My expected ship date is 9/28 after preordering on 9/9.
