If u get charged post the date u were quoted... if u preordered and got the 16th then it shouldnt be a surprise you are being charged...

Fraud. Have you not used that card to pay a bill through Verizon with ? Or did you buy straight out and kick it for high amount random charge

Both. Bought it on 2 year contract, so it was around a $490 charge, and it's not the usual card. Any ideas how to clear this? I'm chatting with VZW now and they're telling me the only way to do it is to place a new preorder and lose my place in line.

nah man i would fight that to someone who can fix it, id stay on the line and call your bank at the same time also, can't lose your spot man good luck

I ordered my 128gb matte black 7 plus right around 3:45 and I'm in Indiana as well. I'm hoping for the same!
