It's not really a waste of time. When you see people who order after you have progress, it makes you a little concerned that something might be wrong.Why are people calling the CSRs about this stuff. It's clear that they don't know what they're talking about and that there's absolutely nothing that they can do about when your phone is delivered.
You're just wasting everyone's time and making wait times long for no reason.
I still haven't gotten charged for mine eitherI'm in the same boat. In fact, so is my dad. The only phone that has shipped is my sister's regular 7 256GB in black, but her order was placed first (3:15am EST). My dad's and my orders were placed around 3:30 and 3:45am, as the CSR was a dunce and had us on hold for 20 minutes.
