So wait, you tried to jump the line ahead of people that were up before you, just to have it backfire? sounds like karma to me. Make the preorder early and dont call in. Just let it happen. Then u can get the phone as anticipated. Elite customer service rep rofl.
Well my original deliver/ship date was 9/28 and now it has recently changed to 9/30. MB 7+ 128GB
I feel ya my order was for a Silver 32GB 7+ and no movement. Honestly this feels like the worst launch Apple has had.
Since other carriers were having the same issue with this model. All signs point toApple
You and me both brother. Probably doesn't help Verizons app let people preorder up to 1.5 hours before 3AM EST. Site wouldn't work for me until 315. Confirmation email came in at 3:19AM.

I guess we are at a point to accept the fact that we are not getting our 7+ 256GB phones from Verizon. I will order from Apple from now on, tired of dealing with Verizon preorders and their worthless CS....
Got an email from VZW thanking me for my payment and got all excited, until I realized it was for my regular bill... 12:16 PST 128+ MB, nothing yet.

First time, last time going through Verizon.
I've never gotten a phone launch day doing this through Verizon's pre-order.... then again, I have never had an order complete as fast as this one did... 6 minutes after site was live I had my confirmation email... I was thinking this was the year especially when everyone had 9/23 for a plus in MB 128 and then they started to move. I still think living on the border of IA and SD in rural America doesn't help my chances either... I still think geography plays a role in the first phones sent out.... I should be used to not having one launch day its been 4 in a row now!!
so after the call I confirmed with Verizon and got another email with an order placed today and a deliver by 10/26 date. so my thinking is that the idiot cancelled my preorder and reordered again today. however on my online business account my original order is now "completed" and got a second email referencing my original order saying my request has been completed and to activate my new phone when it arrives. BUT I STILL HAVE NO SHIPPING INFO. no idea whats going on.
That is so messed up. Honestly they should abandon the term Preorder because it is a big misnomer for this.
i know this mean absolutely nothing...but ive spoke to two csrs who said you are guarenteed for that date...so your case 9/16...this gives me hope that there is chance for late night movement...
If i didn't get my phone on the day it was guaranteed i would call in and be a huge jerk. They guaranteed something they need to follow through. you might get money off your bill or something
I just checked my email. Verizon sent me a Fedex tracking notice and it states that my phone will be delivered tomorrow 9/16

I placed my order around 12:15am pacific time
When I placed the order, it said shipped by 9/23. Shockingly, according to FedEx, the phone will be delivered tomorrow.
