It AMAZES me how many (no disrespect) sheep Verizon has.

Verizon could introduce any unfriendly policy, and they'll tell you "well, that's the price of a premium network". R U SERIOUS

Lol:)
Tell me about it, they acting like it's a religious cult.
We got many of them here that are a walking daily advertisement and excuse making for every verizon comment posted they need to defend it.
It's only a wireless carrier that's trying to make more profit that's all.
Find out what works best for your area and fits your needs and budget and go with that. No carrier is perfect at every single place in the US. They all have their good and bad service locations and user experience will vary.

No disrespect taken. It amazes me the strawman introduced in this post. # you don't think there are legions of ATT sheep, tmobile sheep on these boards, nay in this thread.

Responding to the general thread...

It hasn't really been an issue for me, but I have wifi in most of the places I make calls except for the car lol. I also probably wouldn't talk and surf anyway. Too much distraction :p

But to each their own. My dad chose Verizon for our family plan, and I have no complaints. I had an AT&T blackberry for a while, and call quality wasn't great.

Exactly - well said. AT&T is greatly improved compared to just a few years ago, they simply still have quirks in *my* area. Competition is great for all of us, though. They'll all keep pushing to improve, and generally speaking the customer wins.

I've also tried Aio, and look forward to trying them again, hopefully after AT&T boosts the towers (or adds more) in my area.

No simultaneous voice+data is probably my only complaint with Verizon. I deal with it though. No voice+data at the same time is better than 'No Service' from the other carriers.
