All iPads Verizon and Sprint ipad 4 and Mini - Global Compatibility

Is it safe to say that the Verizon and Sprint models have global LTE compatibility?

Sounds like they are the best model to buy. Plus, you can use them on AT&T and Tmobile - minus LTE on their networks..

All other iPads have been unlocked so it can only be assumed the same for the new ones coming out.

I wonder if you can use the Sprint iPad mini on Verizon or vice versa. 😕
