Exactly what happened to my first order. I have no idea how they haven’t gotten order processing figured out. You think a large company like Verizon would be able to fix orders that “didn’t go through correctly” in a more efficient way than just cancelling them.So I called Verizon to check on my order and they told me the order didn’t go through correctly so it had to be canceled so mad so I canceled the order and order the 2 watches through Best Buy and they will be ready to pick up on the 17th so another week of waiting thank you Verizon![]()
