Verizon Business customers get activated?

Currently waiting for our rep to try activating my Series 4 on our corporate (400+line) account. I haven't seen any other threads discuss this in as much detail since last year, so hoping it is resolved at this point. My VP agreed to cover the $10/mo, so it's just whether the activation is possible on our account.

The way my rep handled it was to create a sub-account to add my Watch to.
