Carrier Verizon.com Jet Black 7+ 11/18 and Beyond

Ordered JB 128 plus 9/9 3:19 am EST EDD 10/26. Zero movement. Nothing. Still seeing the dreaded processing... my EDD is practically November, so I thought I'd come and cry over here with you guys. Everyone on the main thread is getting charged and getting shipping info and I'm wayyyy to jealous to look anymore haha
 
I just got the return ship box to use to trade in my 6+ For the $650 rebate...It says I have 30 days to ship my phone to them so my question is this: since my ship date isn't until 11/16, are they expecting me to go without a phone? 30 days from now is October 27th. Not sure what to do.

That could be good news for us. Maybe they are anticipating that you will get your new phone before then!

I was told you didn't have to ship it until you got the new phone

I'm hoping, as of today my Verizon now shows my ship device box as well, yesterday it wasn't there

I just sold my old phone today and I still don't have my new phone. I have a ship date of November as well and was hoping it would be here by now. What should I do...this is crazy...

You don't have to ship your old phone back until your new one arrives. As it was explained to me, you have 30 days from the day your new phone is activated

I ordered a RG and got a ship date of the 11/16 hoping for sooner, letting my wife use my retail M10
 
Someone posted last night that they had an original ship date of 11/2 (7+ 256 GB) and they were charged for their phone last night. So hopefully some of us start seeing movement as well !

Same boat as everyone else. My EDD is 11/9 for a JB 256gb 7+. I have to order through our corporate SAP system, even though I ordered at on 9/9 it had to go through a couple levels of manager approvals.

However, the mobile procurement vendor didn't actually submit the order until 9/11 argh!!!!
 
256GB JB 7+ is showing 11/23 ship date and 128GB JB 7+ with an 11/30 ship date. I've heard of overheating issues with the 256gb ones which are semi speculation more than fact as the 256gb is the main culprit to overheating. Up in the air right now about which one I should order.
 
I called 611 and it said my order was processed and awaiting shipment but somehow the ship date is still 11/16. I hope it changes soon and I get charged.

Order date: 9/21
2 separate orders for a 256gb Jet Black 7+.
EDD: 11/16, which is [in]conveniently two days after my SO and I's birthday. Hmpf.
 
Orderd JB 7+ 256gb on 9/11 with an original ESD of 11/9. Just checked and shows it shipped out today for delivery tomorrow via FedEx. This was through my employer's Verizon Business so not sure if the queues are different.

Is anyone else having trouble, Verizon can't find my order when I enter my order number and last name

I'm a VZB employee also. We ARE in a lower priority queue. Ordered JB 7+ 128G on 9/9. EDD is 11/23, which won't ship until customer orders are fulfilled first.

Keep checking...mine goes away and comes back every now and then. Should still show up in the 'My Verizon' or by dialing 611.

For the Verizon employee, is this date given estimated or is it pretty much the date your phone will ship
