Just ordered on Verizon's website. I was done before 8am even hit. 12 Pro Max Gold 256 GB.

Well, because I'm such a good daughter lol, my mom decided AFTER I ordered she wanted us to take advantage of Verizon's buy one get one deal. Last Friday I spent the morning chatting with Verizon and setting up the deal. I thought all was handled, but this Verizon agent didn't know what they were doing apparently. Long story short, the deal didn't work, so when I called Verizon on Monday to get it settled they just cancelled my order with no warning. I had to place my order again and of course my mom is getting her phone today (Pacific Blue 256 Pro Max) and mine won't be coming till November 27th (Gold 256 Pro Max). Verizon really let me down in the end. I'm happy she gets her phone, but I got screwed big time when I should be getting my phone today with no problem. I hope you all enjoy the day!

This is why I am waiting until AFTER I sign for the packages before I request a refund.
Usually fedex is by 8pm so u have a much tighter window!
I have two FedEx packages scheduled for delivery today, However; they have different scheduled delivery times. It'll be interesting to see how they handle that this time.
 
Well, mine never shipped...i never had an issue with verizon shipping for launch day delievery, should i cancel my preorder and see if the local verizon store has a pro max in stock? Im over an hour from an apple store....

Well I spent almost 2 hours on the Phone with Verizon and while on the phone asking why it hasnt shipped it magically was cancelled, kept her on the phone and hopped in the car...Luckily I was able to get to the local Verizon store where they had one in stock and now im up and running with my Pacific Blue Max Pro ...Lesson learned no more upgrades thru the carrier
 
Well this just got weird... it left Mephis yesterday and then again this morning?

Is it just me or has Fedex tracking gone off line? The Deliveries apps just went to unknown status and the Fedex site says tracking info can't be retrieved. It was on the the delivery vehicle about an hour ago.

Same thing just happened to me a few minutes ago. My tracking info just came back though after a few refreshes. Must have been a glitch from all of us checking where our phones are at haha!

FedEx is definitely experiencing issues with tracking. Their automated phone system wasn't able to locate my packages. It transferred me to a representative and they aren't able to pull them up either.
I've got one on a fed ex vehicle for delivery and the other hanging out at the same sort facility.
This might be why.
 
Crazy thing is, I ordered the 256 Graphite and Ordered my girlfriend the 256 Pacific Blue, Mine is on the FedEx truck for delivery and hers is with UPS in transit from Denver.. That doesn't make sense, never had a phone delivered by UPS. I just hope she gets hers too or its gonna be a long weekend. LOL

Im sorry I would have told you to just go in your local Verizon store within 14 days of you getting your order. They can process the get one free afterwards as long as it is within 14 days
 
I got tired of waiting on the 12 Pro and decided to cancel my pre-order. I switched to the 12 Pro Max and splurged on the 256 gig this time in order to get it soon. My new delivery date is 11/27. My 12 Pro was 11/18 but waiting allowed me too much time to change my mind about the Max. Hopefully this new order ships soon!
