Why haven't people realized that Apple are preferring warmer screen calibration since the introduction of the 3GS (even some replacement 3G). Heck an Apple exec confirmed it IIRC.

And I guess Toyota prefers sticky gas pedals. So dont worry about it, Right!

It would be one thing if they were all like that. BUt why are all the display models the nice cool calibration?

I was in the first batch of orders since i ordered my iphone 4 on Feb 3rd, how can i tell if i have a yellow tint to the screen? Is there a certain site i need to bring up on my iphone? or do i need to compare it with an AT&T iphone 4?

How about if it looks good to you then don't worry about it?

I also take it you dont do anything professionally with color either? As someone who spends his day looking at a billion different shades of color for work, having an entire screen tinted is a major distraction.

I know you were replying to someone else, but I have a question:

As someone concerned about color accuracy, are you using a Droid X or EVO?

The test I saw shows that those two have the most accuracy, being undersaturated only by 6% and 10% ... vs the 36% of the iPhone 4.

Maybe Apple is trying to make us feel warm and cozy after the Snowpocalypse.

Sorry for troll comment!

In seriousness, I think this is really a non-issue for 90% + people... probably closer to 99% of people.
