Mine is working now too.. I called the verizon lady who had me power down - she updated my network settings, and that worked for about 15 seconds..then back to lagging. It's been about 3 hours since I spoke with her and now it's working..she said a LOT of tickets have been created and they were working with Apple to resolve. She said it was a communication issue between the Verizon and the Apple servers. I am supposed to be notified when it's "officialy" resolved - they haven't notified me, however like all of you..mine is working properly now! Thanks Verizon!

verizon twitter finally tweeted me back asking me for more info and said they have gotton some complaints about this

Ya no kidding, I've had really good experiences with Verizon and this really turned me off, think I'm good to go again!:)

Thanks to everyone for filing tickets! This issue got resolved quickly...and I agree, its like a brand new phone is supposed to be :)

I feel like I had this problem today. After driving to school, I had about 2 bars of LTE (I have 3G at home) and I tried accessing a website but nothing happened.

After about 5-10 minutes it seemed to "connect" and it loaded up lightning fast.

Location: Colorado Springs.

great to see everybody is back online

quick update, ever since the problem was resolved earlier, I have had no further issues.

Thanks

Likewise. Happy surfing with no startup delays in ATL!

Are you still having this issue? It seemed to have been resolved for us in the South around 11 AM EDT today. We fought with it all weekend long, though.

5-10 minutes is not the same issue. Sounds like he had a tower issue of some sort and not te same issue wee were having.

No issues today W of ATL. Start up and connection on all apps was pretty much instant.

i have the answer to this question. simple.

LTE RADIOS are always turned off to save battery until the iphone wakes up. EVERY TIME LTE starts up, IT NEEDS TO ACTIVATE THE PHONE AGAIN. Therefor, it will take a while.

I live in the Philly/south jersey area and am still having issues with my verizon lte and 3G connections. lte rarely displays and when it does it only lasts for a few minutes then reverts back to 3G.. In 3G, data is very slow and lags. Sometimes my signal says o where the 3G is. I called verizon to ask about swapping SIM cards, but they wanted to first open up a ticket number on my behalf. Really hoping this gets resolved as my old android incredible had better 3G speed than this. Really disappointed so far

Still having this issue and have been having this issue since day 1.

I'm in Massachusetts. 1-3 bars of LTE, sometimes 4. This same issue occurs when I'm on wifi as well. It takes a few seconds and then everything is fast.

I just reset my network settings so we'll see how that it does tomorrow.
