Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

I don't see orders on my page. I do see transaction history and I see my upgrade order there but it doesn't give me any info.
They better ship soon.
I was fine with the 10/19 date but then all of a sudden they charge my card on Thursday. So why haven't I gotten any shipping info?

Yeah I will never pre-order anything like this again. Its completely pointless; if i knew it was going to take this long i would have taken my chances and tried to find it in the stores. We must have just missed the first batch of 16g black and now we need to wait for them as they come off the lines and its taking forever. I'm just so sick of waiting when people I know, who don't care about it as much as I do and didn't pre-order already have their phones. Its BS
no... Fedex called and said something was coming that we would have to sign for but didn't say what. I go super excited and nothing ever came.. I was so irritated.. but yeah I'm still waiting.. Ive been watching this forum everyday and checking my verizon status and CC acount and still nothing. Not a single damn thing.
Customer service is useless. They cant do anything. Just talked with 3 different supervisors. None of them can access the preorder system. One Chinese (asian) sounding lady says that they cant even access our orders any more, and that its been pulled from their systems. They have no idea when these will ship, and are often talking out of their asses saying anything to just get the customer off the phone. This whole process has been a mess.
Verizon just lost my business. I canceled my order and just ordered 3 Galaxy S III's, which have been charged and I already have tracking numbers from sprint! At this point I will never do business with Verizon again. This has been terrible.
I ordered on a biz account on 9/17 and the phone is on the FedEx truck now. Should very soon!
So I talked to my supervisor and when he logs in he does see an order page link. Its because we have different roles. anyways mine still says awaiting inventory with a ship date of 10/5.

I agree with you for the most part but the preorder stuff has been a nightmare. Terrible service considering the money my company spends with them every month.

We are all still awaiting and it honestly looks like we won't be getting ours for a very long time (and by that time we probably will all cancel and move on)
At this point, I can see everyone's orders being canceled on Friday.
If mines not here by Friday I think I'll just cancel them, I'm tired of them pushing the date back once every few days

Has no one's seriously been shipped? It sounds like they aren't doing anything today at Verizon HQ.. Last week people's iPhones were being shipped left and right.
Yep the 14th at 1pm ish it started at 10/05 then 10/19 then 10/26 when I called about a week ago they said it may be pushed to 11/01 but now the preorder check thing doesn't even have a date
If your Ship date is blank then congratulations, it means your order is about to be shipped!

Quick question guys. I currently have a Galaxy Nexus and I have an iPhone 5 coming in that was ordered for a different line. Can I just cut my micro sim and put it into the iPhone or is there an additional activation process similar to Verizon 3G phones?
