Once i login to mybusiness account on Verizon. I can go to orders > view orders on top and look at recently placed orders. I see mine in there but nothing besides awaiting inventory and 10/5 as projected ship date.
I think I have learned my lesson about pre-ordering.
There's never any point in doing it. I never get it by release day or even close to it.
Yeah I will never pre-order anything like this again. Its completely pointless; if i knew it was going to take this long i would have taken my chances and tried to find it in the stores. We must have just missed the first batch of 16g black and now we need to wait for them as they come off the lines and its taking forever. I'm just so sick of waiting when people I know, who don't care about it as much as I do and didn't pre-order already have their phones. Its BS

I dont see anywhere where I can track my order though or see something like"awaiting inventory" I emailed them and they basically said they could tell me nothing. I ordered 9/17 and have a date of 10/5

I like VZW as far as the service, business discount and my rep had been super helpful. But, next iPhone launch I will be in line at the store... I can't trust them to do a preorder.

Customer service is useless. They cant do anything. Just talked with 3 different supervisors. None of them can access the preorder system. One Chinese (asian) sounding lady says that they cant even access our orders any more, and that its been pulled from their systems. They have no idea when these will ship, and are often talking out of their asses saying anything to just get the customer off the phone. This whole process has been a mess.Verizon just lost my business. I canceled my order and just ordered 3 Galaxy S III's, which have been charged and I already have tracking numbers from sprint!
At this point I will never do business with Verizon again. This has been terrible.
I ordered on a biz account on 9/17 and the phone is on the FedEx truck now. Should very soon!
If mines not here by Friday I think I'll just cancel them, I'm tired of them pushing the date back once every few days

Has no one's seriously been shipped? It sounds like they aren't doing anything today at Verizon HQ.. Last week people's iPhones were being shipped left and right.
Yep the 14th at 1pm ish it started at 10/05 then 10/19 then 10/26 when I called about a week ago they said it may be pushed to 11/01 but now the preorder check thing doesn't even have a date
If your Ship date is blank then congratulations, it means your order is about to be shipped!
