finally have some movement, as of today instead of it saying your order is processing it shows carrier and will ship by 11/2/2012.. has not shipped yet tho because i have not recieved a email.. how soon do you guys think it should be?
I never got a email telling me my phone had shipped, so it could be any day now.

Just hit my CC. Verizon status shows no carrier information but has an order number and states "Your order will ship by 11/09/2012".

just got off the phone with fedex and my phone was scanned in memphis, tn @ 9:20 this morning but that does not show up on my tracking page. the lady i talked to said that she could not tell me if that was a departure scan or what or why it did not show up on my tracking page. i hate this hurry up and wait game! i sure hope this phone is worth the wait as it will be the 1st iphone i have ever had. guess i will just keep checking the tracking and if it shows up at my local fedex sometime today i will just go and see if they will give it to me.

At long last! Fresh off the FedEx truck:
Appears to be cosmetically flawless....scanned it pretty good and see no scuffs/scratches/etc. The only small thing I noticed is a tiny rattle from the power button, but very slight and probably will be negligible once I put my case on. 3 weeks exactly between order date and arrival date.

i got mine on launch day and it never showed carrier information.. you'll get an email a few hours-12 hours after it charged with the tracking info

if it is at your local fedex you can go and pick it up from them and not have to wait till monday. fedex told me that me date was monday but if it showed up at my local fedex today or tomorrow i could just pick it up.

is there a way to find out my serial # for my iphone that is being shipped? want to see when it was made, where, etc.

oh for my ipad i knew the serial number before it arrived. not the same for iphones i guess.
Just got my tracking number at 2 PM says it was picked up at West Chester, PA and is estimated to deliver 11/6 or Tuesday next week, guess I'm waiting a little longer. oh well, at least now I know when it will probably get here, makes me happy
