Verizon iPhone case and accessories list.

I saw that case at target yesterday. The only think I dint like about it was the sim card slot was cut out, unneeded for use V folks.

I tested out the speck PixelHD yesterday and the mute button barely fits. What worries me is it rubs up against the case when you use it, which may rub off the paint or put unnecessary wear on the switch mechanism.

I bought the incase slider, which fits perfectly but I think I am going to return it because it is too rigid. It has little shock absorption ability and that is my main reason for buying a case, to reduce the risk of cracking my screen, which sounds like the most common problem.

They have a few others at target but I may need to go to a verizon store if I cant find something that I like.

Any suggestions?

Ya, me too. I swapped it out for the Speck Fitted case, which is much thicker than the Slider.

I didn't like how the slider slid on, too much contact with the steel band, prob will scratch it alot.

The speck fitted you just drop the iphone in it and the top piece snaps in. The back is questionable though, I don't mind the design and fabric but some have said that looks horrible. I could care less, as long as it is not pink or something like that.

The slider was way too thin though. I wanted something with more balk and silcone rubbery feel but this is the closest I could find that works with the v-iphone at Target.

I could go to a verizon or apple store but I felt lazy and had a bunch of stuff to do today.

I did order my made2dock dock today, which I am stoked for.

Now if we can just get emoji icons working, we will be set!

I went ahead and ordered an SGP Neo Hybrid EX in satin silver to hold me over. It will fit ok until I see what else is out there or they come out with an "official" VZW version. Free shipping if you buy one on Amazon by the way. I guess if I had to use a case, this is the one that at least on paper, looks nicest to me. I've just spent so much time looking around at cases, that I'm now paranoid to even hold the stupid iPhone !

Also I just realized that Power Supply is like literally 5 minutes from my house. I'm going to swing by there and see if they'll install the protectors for me. I just don't have the patience to do it and maybe that's why I hate those things so much.

I just hate cases that cover up phones. Guess you can't everything.

So I went ahead and dropped by the Power Support retail shop in Burbank - 5 minutes away. They installed the crystal front and back for me. Gotta say, really nice. And the total with installation and tax was only $18! So, if you're in the L.A. area go by the retail store and save about $5 vs buying online.

Got my barely there in the mail from Amazon today, fits as will as you'd think it would with the volume/mute button area being open.

Very nice case, its a keeper

Yep already did my friend and thank you. This is what prompted me to order it. I ordered it on Amazon last night and got it today from SGP w/ free shipping! FITS NICE! The only issue and it's a nitpick, is that obviously the silent switch is a bit lower. It still fits fine but, you can see a bit of the top black band. Is that the antenna or whatever? Anyway, that's a minor quibble. But, it works and is protecting and fits just fine with the Powert Support Crystal front and back protectors.

Got mine in satin silver and with the front and back protectors, it's hard to tell I have any protection on the phone! Which is exactly what I wanted. Of course not sure how much it will help if I drop it from shattering but, I'm definitely covered as far as scratches.

When they come out with an official VZW version I will definitely be getting another.

I agree it is nice and at a good price, the only thing is it doesn't come with the cable.

Also, I am really worried about it being top heavy and prone to falling over, since it has no weight in the base.

The made2dock is made of aluminium and is quite heavy, meaning your phone would have to be really knocked for it to tip over.

I have a cat and I can see her knocking over my phone in this design.

Ok got the Sinjimoru stand today. It is plastic but the way the phone sits on it, it's pretty impossible to knock it over. In other words not top heavy at all. Looks very elegant.

The only "negative" is what you mentioned, doesn't come with a cable. I need to get a black one because I ordered the black stand and I'm OCD looks kind of funny with the white cable.

I recently switched to a Mac mini for my main photo retouching machine (did away with iMacs) and the stand sits on top of the mini and looks very nice. Works great too.

sweet! yeah im okay with the swith located toward the bottom of the hole i just ordered the icarbon side wrap so it should clean it up underneath the bumper. The only quirk i have with the bumper is its a little slippery when my hand gets sweaty..lol but so far really love it people have been looking at it when i am out since monday and i tell them yes it is the verizon iphone4

I'm not positive. I THINK they are open on Saturday. But, I was the only customer in there so they may not be.

You can call their 800 number and double check. Definitely a better deal than having it shipped. PLUS they'll install for you too. $18 out the door- w/ tax and installation.

The anti-glare is very nice I just prefer the crystal personally. I installed an anti-glare and I liked the feel of it but, wasn't too keen on the overall look of it. The crystal is virtually invisible. I can deal with a few fingerprints I just make sure to wipe them off.

Heard back from SGP they will have the NEO Hybrid EX's made specifically for VZW iPhone in about a month!

Bought this today at Best Buy for $29: http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/elan-passport-wallet

Works great, but the camera hole is a little off when the phone is all the way to the right in the case. Fits great, doesn't look too "girlish", and has two slots for DL and a credit card, with a little pocket tab in the back for a little cash.

The worst thing I found out about it is the hole for the camera and sometimes typing the "P" is a little difficult since the edge of the case comes so close to the screen. If it was 1mm narrower on both sides it would be absolutely perfect.
