Verizon iPhone is so slow

What kind of d/l and upload speeds are you getting?

I just activated my VZW iPhone on Friday, and even though the 3G speed is slightly slower than AT&T, my data has been much more consistent. So I'll sacrifice slightly faster speeds for better consistency.

I wouldn't really go just by speed tests. The verizon iPhone loads data faster than the AT&T iPhone (because of low latency) but the speeds are actually slower. So you wont really notice a web page, but you'll notice when streaming youtube ... for example.

based on my own total BS testing with my friends VZW iP4 and my AT&T iP4, his dl speed was .97 mb and my dl speed on at&t was 3.4mb so where I live it's triple the speed. He can barely watch his slingbox on 3G on VZW, me, I can.

Exactly. My area gets 2.1-2.3Mbps on Verizon 3G, on AT&T I got around 1.0-1.6Mbps. So switching to Verizon was definitely an improvement for me.
