So if my order status page is blank (when I enter the location code) and gives me an error if I don't enter the location code, should I be expecting a shipping email soon? The *611 number says that my order has been processed and shipped, but when I press 2 for the tracking number, it says that there is no order found.
Remember to use the 15 digit number for your order number when using that page. I think many were using the shorter "order" number and it will give an error.
