HaHa that one creepy guy. thats funny. He was creepy but his wife was driving me nuts talking and shooting the video sideways.
I know! It's like, gee-let's get a good look of it by turning the camera sideways and then making everything blurry and out of focus.
mine hadn't moved either. i was getting worried, but then it moved today. stay positive! Phx is just a couple hours from me.

personally..I wouldn't ask them to leave it...there will be a mass delivery of iPhones on monday and its no secret..I can see alot of these being stolen. Leave a note to arrange for a pickup at a Fed-ex or UPS hub.
I agree. They leave a slip saying they attempted a delivery. Usually you can just bring the slip into the hub and pick it up that night after the truck returns.
Was wondering the same thing, but like volfan4 said-lots of people know about the deliveries tomorrow, it might be a bad day to allow the UPS guy to leave it at our doors. Sigh. Won't be home for half of the day either, so I'm trying to figure this out.
I'm leaving a very nice note asking them to please leave it at the rental office for my complex, and gave permission for the lady there to sign for it. UPS usually just takes my packages there anyway if I'm not home, but I didn't know if this would be different when a signature was required.
Fedex website says you can leave a handwritten note and signature to get them to leave a pkg at the door... Guess it depends where you live if you're comfortable doing this... And how far you have to go for the pickup center. I can't get off tomorrow afternoon either, and expecting mine before 4:30... :-/

I'm figuring "dest" means destination. So, does that mean that they will put it on a truck come tomorrow and deliver it from there? That's not the closest hub in my area, but it's pretty close. Say 40 minute drive.

Meeting the UPS driver at the truck is mandatory here if what you are expecting is fragile. If I don't get there quick enough usually I know he's already been to the door because I hear the *THUMP* of the package hitting the concrete porch! ARGH!!! And our driveway is a solid sheet of ice right now where waiting at the end of the driveway might even be more appropriate! LOL I live in the country.
If you're doing that, make sure you leave your order information (tracking info, name, etc.) on your note.
anyone that is getting their iphone tomorrow is so lucky... i would do anything for that... i ordered my at about 9 am on thursday and all i have gotten was the order confirmation email... and the check my order status page had been down for over 48 hours... tried emailing verizon but i haven't gotten a response... i called verizon but they didn't do much... i have no idea where my package is... no tracking no shipment confirmation no anything.
Good idea! I will add the tracking number as well. I made sure to just print my name rather than sign it because I didn't want the driver to just leave the package at my door.
