Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

While I'm fully expecting my iPhone tomorrow (it's like 5 miles away), I'm all the sudden paranoid. My shipping weight is only 1 pound, an I ordered a case, too!
Oh well. Everyone seems to have varying shipping weights anyway, and I really doubt Verizon would have sent me the "Your iPhone has shipped!" email if it was just my case.

Right but facts are facts. On my regular forum we see it every day. They just don't get ANY information. Our local rep goes to forums to get information. Most where saying the phone won't ship until at least the 9th

Order #16275. Still no shipping info and will not be in town for 2 weeks after the 7th. I was going to wait until I got back to get one, but when some starting shipping right away, I decided to order around 1:45 PM on the 3rd. Tried to cancel on the phone this morning, but was told it was too late since it was already in the "shipping process". I know I should have waited... Oh well. I wouldn't mind so much if the info on the website wasn't so dorked-up.

Hmm my delivery day was monday before 10:30am but changed this morning to 12:00pm tuesday? wonder why seeing that its already in columbia, SC, and im in Ridgeway, SC? should i expect a monday delivery anyway? I was order number #4540 and i ordered at 3:00am est on the dot. Got my tracking number thursday night via UPS. what do you guys think?
