Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

Not too sure many have tracking numbers. There seem to be a lot of false hopes.

ohhh common!

I just got off the phone with Elvis and he said he'd been using a CDMA iPhone for a couple years now. He really likes the Soundhound app apparently.

I had him notate my account incase he was a moron, at least I can use that as leverage..

Doubt there will be any real hardware changes until next summer, and by then, my contract will be up for early renewal!!
 
So, trying to get away from Shipgate '11 a bit and shift onto another topic, just got an email from eBay offering free shipping on "tech toys" and this is the picture they used for the iPhone...

Somebody over there has a sense of humor.

This is very true. We could just call FedEx and ask to look up your name and address to see if any shipments are coming (don't mention iPhone)........Maybe I will
 
the new apply splash screen at least says this about the Feb 3rd orders:

"Verizon customers. For you, the wait is over."

That is a little hopeful for an earlier deliver, right?

The Easter Bunny just called. He told me I wasn't getting my iPhone until the 11th. I said cool, that's my birthday. He said, and I quote, "Your birthday has been canceled due to lack of interest. And by the way, that's November. Not February 11th."
 
Regardless of what happens tonight, there will be a note for fedex to leave the package inside my door tomorrow morning, and it will stay there for as long as it takes. I just hope that its sooner than later in hopes of actually getting on with my life.
