Hi everyone -- I've been refreshing this post and my order status all day, but I might as well share my stats as well in case they're helpful to anyone.
I live in NYC, ordered at around 2:55am (but my confirmation email was received at 3:08 am). 32GB, no accessories. My ACE is 1300-ish.
My status is "Your order has been shipped." No date or tracking. Status has been the same since earlier than 1:15pm today.
My Amex shows a pending transaction for "VERIZON D7710-01" (D771001 is my ACE location, for what it's worth). I should add that Warren, NJ is probably 30-40 miles away from where I live. Interesting that I don't have the same ACE location as other people in NY. Particularly Astoria, which is part of NYC. Maybe Manhattan has its own ACE location?
A friend who ordered at essentially the same time as me, also in NY, has an ACE number of 7000-something and is still pending with an expected ship date of 2/10.
This is killing me! I wish we could get more certain information from Verizon (although the only rep I've spoken to in the past weeks whose information I trust is the one who told me "I'd love to give you an answer but we're all gossips so they never tell us anything. We find out when the customers do.") If I'm not going to get my phone until the 10th, I'd just like to know that I should stop wasting my time refereshing my order status every 30 seconds![]()

I ordered my bro his iphone which is being shipped to michigan but the location is different.
He lives in Ferndale, location is N211401
I ordered his on a separate order than mine, which is coming to chicago and it is the same location which i thought is odd, but maybe cause were all midwest.

Same crap happened to me at 3am. I called customer service and spoke to a lady telling her the very same situation. After telling me to wait until the 9th and call back when they could be more certain of what was going on I asked her if I could simply upgrade my mom's line (eligible) and when the phone comes just transfer it to my line. She said that I could do that and what would happen is that when activating the phone it would first ask me to accept terms and conditions under my mom's line but then when asked whether I would like to activate now or later.....choose later. Then I could go online and put the phone under my line (ineligible). I then asked if she would be charged additional for a data plan since I upgraded her line and she assured me that since I choose activate later it would never be applied. So my advice to you is just to upgrade your dad's line and when the phone comes call CS so they can walk you through the process. I also confirmed this upgrading tactic (for lack of a better word) with another CSR. Hope this helps![]()

Ok so I check my order status and it says order not found, but I checked by bank website to find my account has been charged?
Anyone else having this problem?
