Then I get "here is the status of your order. Check the status of another order.". With no further info. I think their system is fried.

I think that's what everyone else got too, but they also received the email.

I called the 611 number and it said within two days..I still have hope maybe we'll get the email late tonight. That's happened to me with orders before.

In NC, ordered at 2:46 and just got the email. Mine's coming FedEx but the FedEx site isn't recognizing the tracking number yet.

Nope - ordered through my personal account. I can log into my account online but when I use the same password in the automated system, it says it doesn't match their records. Weird.

Well customer service is open another half hour so if you want to try and get a status through a rep then you can go that route but I am guessing that their answer is going to depend on who you talk to...

I'm slightly annoyed at this point. I'm sure everything will be fine for everyone at the end of tomorrow, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to who is receiving shipment notifications, and who is not.

I ordered at 1:55 am CST. ACE # 2,108.

I have the same location code. I have not gotten the email yet, when the Verizon order status was working it said shipped, and when I called it said shipped and will deliver within 2 business days. I'm getting mad now I want that email!!!

im not even able to get to an order status page that works anymore now that the pre order page has gone down
