Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

I'm in that location, Central NJ here. Automated message says it's shipped and should be here in 2 business days blah blah blah. Haven't gotten the shipment confirmation e-mail yet, though.
Lonely in Rochester, nothing here.
As a side note: If I got to Upgrade my device in MyVZW, it does tell me I have purchased a new device and that I must activate it before I can purchase another. I think that is good news.

+1. Ordered at 3:45ish am. Got confirmation originally, but nothing since. Called VZW and was told everything was just fine.
Well. Nothing yet. *sigh* I went and took a shower, hoping to find solace and comfort in my rubber ducky and thinking maybe I will have gotten a shipment email when I got out. Nothing. Zip. Zero. Nada. 
They are sorted by the shipping company ie fedex or ups by location then put on planes and trucks. When we receive the emails that means they have been picked up by the shipper but will will not know more until the next scan ( usually the airport)... The northeast must just be down the list but I am sure it is just a matter of minutes before you get your email too. I think all that ordered before 3:00 are good to go

This is 2011. There has to be SOMEBODY I can sue over this. Right? I just have to find the boogie man to blame. Hmm...so many to choose from. This pain and suffering has to be worth SOMETHING.
Ordered at 1:59 CST. Just got shipping confirmation. It's Fedex but not in their system yet. I assume I'll get it tomorrow afternoon. Ace location: 15269-01.

When I have ordered from apple in the past. They ship quickly but the tracking email does not come till the middle of the night.

I think we all just got buck futtered by Apple on this one. Although the real screw job is from the verizon site that kept telling me my address was invalid.
