The account is in my Dad's name, and I changed the billing information to my n name. She said the account holders name has to be on the order. I sure would like to know why they never even bothered to call?? She wanted to know if there was anything else she could help me with. HOW ABOUT GRIEF COUNSELING??!?!

Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

All of the FedEx confirmation shipping is saying Monday, but I wonder if there will be any UPS deliveries today? Mine has already had a departure scan from Memphis... UGH getting it today would be amazing.

Can people post what time they ordered whenever they say shipped. Not much point in telling us all you shipped if we can't judge how close we are to shipping from it.
Seems like most people that are shipping are still the really early birds. Anyway order 3-4 hours in and got shipping already?
My tracking says:
"Hold at FedEx Location service is not available for this shipment. "
I think that means there's no way to get to it before the 1st delivery attempt at the door. But, yeah, if I see it at the local office on Sunday, I might try. It's close by.
I haven't seen much on the Apple orders. Mine is still prepared for shipment too. I heard Memphis was snowed in overight, and I think Apple ships a lot from Memphis, so maybe they were just delayed getting them out.
Just checked my FedEx tracking number and it looks like delivery is set for Monday, the 7th, by 3 PM. Still awesome news! Though I got really worked up for a delivery today. 
I'm also going to keep a close eye on that. If it gets here by this weekend, I'll definitely be trying to pick it up.
I guess if this is the worst hard luck story I have to tell my Grandkids, then I will have had life easy. LOL

Well, just woke up. No email and the order status on the Verizon website is still broke. Awesome.
I ordered at 2:01 CT with an ACE 2037
My order changed to "shipped" early yesterday and the automated message says it was shipped also. Oh, well. Not getting my hopes up. If it gets here today or tomorrow then good for me. Otherwise I was fully prepared to wait until next week.

Knock on wood this is not true. My account is in my mother name, although I use the primary line, and I put through the order, including shipping and billing address and credit card used in my name, and I have a tracking number, with Monday estimated delivery.

My 771101 order has shipped via UPS from West Chester, PA. It's going to Yorktown,VA. There's no expected delivery date showing on the status though, so there's no way to tell if it's actually if it's actually gone out the warehouse door.

In the same boat..about the same time order and same Ace #, and same order status. Do you guys have a working order status link you could post? Using the /iphone address I get page is not available. Last night around 6pm CTS was the last time I got it to work. Called the 611 and it just tells me its shipped but no tracking info available...customer service said it will ship on or before the 10th.....no shipping email sent yet either...

ok guys all you people with UPS shipping that says origin scan, just talked to the lady on the phone from UPS and in her system it is saying it will be delivered today by 3pm. She also said that the package can be on tis way but just doesn't show a departure scan she said sometimes those post hours after it occurs.

That has been my experience many times in the past tracking packages. The update on their status page is often 12-24 hours delayed. For example, I just tracked a package from American Eagle and it said Origin scan for 2 days, and then the package just showed up at my door. I went back a few hours after it arrived and all the location statuses were finally updated.
So, my point - if it shipped, it is most likely moving towards your home regardless of what the tracking is stating.

I received my shipping confirmation email at 4am. It is coming via UPS out of West Chester, PA. According to the tracking number, it was shipped "Next Day Air Saver". I guess I should see it today.
I'm miffed that a signature is required. I don't want to miss it!!!
