So just like everyone else here for the most part I got my shipping notice late last night, figure it will come Monday most likely via UPS.
However I'm getting one rude CSR after another absolutely insisting that no phones have been or will be shipped before 2/10.. wtf.
stop calling them. they don't know what they are talking about 95% of the time.
Also, what would you be telling the millionth customer who called to ask when his iPhone was shipping? They are human too and probably would like to deal with "real" issues instead of crazy people who stay up to three am like us.
