It's like standing in line at a bank or grocery store... you move to a faster line then suddenly your previous line starts moving faster. There's no winning strategy.

Ain't that the truth! I hate it when that happens.

But what's even worse is all the various agreements you have to sign in blood for, just to get spam-called into oblivion.

I've had 0 issues on my 17 Pro today in NH on the Verizon network, I was shocked to read the article saying the network was down.

Found an outage map. Seems to be mostly east and especially south east with a few major western cities but otherwise most of the west is good.

Verizon is experiencing a major outage across the U.S. today, with hundreds of thousands of customers reporting issues with the network on the website Downdetector.
Tracfone, as part of Verizon, is also impacted by the outage. Issues started yesterday morning Jan 13th, with SOS only or no service at all, seems to be restored today Jan 14th.

This is why I like dual SIM. Provides a back-up in case my main (T-Mo) goes out. But even that's not a guarantee.

Second time this has happened. After 24 years, I'm switching as soon as I find a decent provider that doesn't use Verizon cell towers.

So glad I ported all our lines out from them last summer. They have become the absolute worst company to do business with and I’ll never go back after seeing what loyalty looks like to them for a customer of 17 years. Audios!

Worked all day long for me in the Baltimore area. But I do use WiFi calling, though. Maybe that’s why? Also, noted nothing on the Business FiOS service, so glad Verizon and Verizon Wireless are two separate entities.

Florida Panhandle here and my iPhone is in sos, but my iPad works fine and I can use it as a hotspot and keep it in my backpack.
Anyone know the details of what happened?
