Who here is going make the switch? I might due to unlimited data no more do I have to use my virgin mobile mifi

Unlimited data? Check
Ability to call and use data at the same time? Check
Good coverage in my most regularly visited cities (DC, Seattle, Maui)? Check
Established customer with excellent CS from both carrier and Apple? Check

Yup, I'll be staying with AT&T.

Yup, I'll be staying with AT&T.

If I was able to have all of those, I would have been on AT&T 4 years ago.

After over 10 years with AT&T and the companies it was prior to that I already switched to Verizon. I have no relationship with Verizon and yet I am perfectly happy.

You need to choose the carrier that offers what you need. Not sure how you made decisions prior to joining MacRumors.

Hmmm ... I can't remember what I voted for in the last 17 polls on this this week.

No international roaming=no thanks.
No sim card that I can readily swap between phones=no thanks.
****** VZ service where I live=no thanks.

I have unlimited data on my iPhone with AT&T, a company that I consider much better than "Nickel and Dime you to death" Verizon.

And yes I did have several Verizon phones until I decided to get an iPhone so I have had experience with them.

Not being able to talk and surf really lessens the value of this phone to almost nothing for me. At that rate, I might as well keep a basic phone and have another device to surf the internet while on the phone. And, by the way, I am a Verizon customer who is eligible to upgrade now, but I don't have any plans to do so for the current model until they offer a model with full iPhone functionality.

I would check the fine print as Verizon tends to be very sneaky and nickel and dimes its customers...... I read earlier about T-mobile in a different country claiming unlimited data but then when you read the fine print it's actually capped at 3GB

I imagine upgrading to the new iPhone every year would be a hassle on verizon. So I'll stay with AT&T.

At least until verizon gets sim cards with it's lte network.

Once Verizon and AT&T roll out 4G nationwide, I'll consider it depending on prices. For now, there's no reason to.

i already switched to verizon because at&t didn't work in enough places that my brothers verizon phone did near us.

A better poll would be assuming you didn't have to pay an ETF or if you are no longer under contract would you switch? Because possibly most won't switch because they are still under contract.

Don't we already have a poll like this somewhere?

Yeah, leaning toward wating for an LTE phone. Don't want to get the one announced today and get locked down and unable to upgrade.

On ALL OF THESE POLLS I CANNOT CHOOSE ANYTHING!!! Seriously people. You need to add a "I'm already on Verizon option".

I'll be switching on February 10.

I don't get good service in my area with AT&T and have been waiting patiently for Verizon to get the iPhone.

I don't really surf the Internet and talk, so that's not a big deal to me.

Sticking with AT&T because:
1) excellent coverage - constant 5 bars
2) Fast, fast data speeds
3) rollover minutes
4) GSM based
5) waiting for next major release of the iPhone*

ATT

Fast data speeds and once people flock from ATT to Verizon, service will be much better. Verizon users think their speeds are slow now wait until a few months from now.
