Verizon s4 ship date sept 21? Pending?

Nothing here. I chatted with a Verizon rep who claimed we dont have tracking because it is coming directly from Apple, but it shipped. I’d say that’s dubious info at best. Did anyone else get a aluminum silver 40mm shipped? To New York if so?

In northeast PA, ordered within minutes of the watches going up, still processing although my card was charged last night. 2x SS 44mm white sport band.
 
Gives me hope I guess. Rebecca the CSR told me she can’t give me any more info but she did confirm it is coming DIRECTLY from Apple. If we can suss out the refernce numbers they used, we might be able to se eit on UPS.com.

Edit just did a order status lookup and it says PROCESSING but also SHIPPED but the date says shipped tomrorow?? Back to the future anyone??

Same thing it has said since 9/14: we have received your order and it is in process.

If I’m remembering correctly I believe when the AirPods first came out I missed out on Apple and didn’t want to wait for 6-8 weeks. I believe Verizon our there’s up around 9PM. I ordered and they quoted me delivery for the next day and I did get them the next day. I believe they shipped from within PA and shipped at like 2am. So I guess it’s still possible. Just don’t understand, some people have tracking numbers and I literally ordered I believe about 4 minutes after they went up and was given “delivers by: 9/21”.

I was half asleep and I don't remember which card I used. lol. Also, I had 3 separate orders, XS Max, Wife's Gold AL Watch, and My SS Watch.

Verizon has never let me know on a pre-order, and I'm going to hold out hope.

Anyone else experience this and if so, (for those still waiting on shipment) what time did you get your order in? (Mine was around 8am central time)
 
Dont bother tweeting them, they told me they’d further research it and I waited 45 mins for them to tell me that oh it’ll ship tomorrow. Totally ignoring the fact it says shipped but no tracking number on it and the same old BS they’ve ben saying for a while.

The SS watches couldn't be ordered when preorders opened. The rep called me back after they could take the sku and submit the order - before that it wouldn't allow even a rep to create a order successfully- My rep tried 3 times before she stated she had to call me back. The rep called me back at 500am PST.

My guess is about 4am ish PST was when the SS watch issues were resolved. My SS watch order email confirmation was received at 5:30am PST.

My watch is in Oakland - it shipped this morning at 8:38am from TN.
 
Hey I found my tracking number!!! Go to google and search “fedex Delivery Manager”

Sign up, its free! Then once you are done it shows any packages coming to your address. My watch popped up!!
Try it!!

Worked for me too! Watch is coming from Memphis. Label created. Still no shipping info from Verizon. Weird thing is that Fedex does not show my phone as coming tomorrow but I already received tracking info for the phone. It is coming from Pennsylvania.
 
My Verizon order status FINALLY got updated with a tracking number. The label was created an hour ago and it was picked up about 19 minutes ago for delivery tomorrow. I can go to sleep in peace!

The Verizon account is in my wife's name. I have a Fedex delivery manager account, but it isn't showing, even though its the same address.

I tried to create an account for her but I keep getting an error.

Well, I still can't create the account, but Verizon's site did update with the tracking info, so no longer necessary, for now.

Congrats to everyone. Looks like we are all getting our new toys on time.
 
Mine just got updated too!!!

Order from VZW just got updated right now!!!! From Mephis to Chicago via FedEx by 3pm SS Gold 44mm sports band!! Wooooo

We’ll thats a bummer. Mine still says shipment information sent to fedex as of 5:45 last night and nothing else.

Funny thing is
I got an email from Verizon saying shipped he there todag. Lol

44 ss white. I was hoping it was just a delay in tracking but my phone is already showing out for delivery.

Yeah my phone is as well. Ugh I’m so not looking forward to the Verizon phone calls.

She said still to expect delivery today. Now it SOUNDED like she knew what she was talking about, but I have been fooled by confident sounding super-supervisors before. Anyhoo, just wanted to give you guys the update.

I believe that. I’ve seen it happen before, especially with batches of orders.
