I just swung by the store to trade mine in. It took less time to do than the rep to flirt with me! I strongly suggest doing in store to walk out with instant Verizon credit.

I'm starting to get worried that my two phones were "intercepted" in the mail or something, especially since there's no tracking numbers or anything assigned to the envelopes. I mailed them in a week and a half ago and it's still saying Not Received... I wish I knew I could have dropped them off at a store.

Mine took 18 days from mailing to received. I'm sure they're swamped right now, be patient.

the back and edges of my 5 are pretty scuffed up, but the screen is undamaged. Will this affect my possible trade at verizon? My 6 is supposed to come in today and I need to get rid of the 5 asap. a 200 credit on my account would be nice...

no, it should be fine. as long as the screen works and the charging port and headphone jack etc aren't damaged and there are no big chips or pieces missing, they should give you the full amount. if not, go to a different store or do the mail-in option.
